Your first visit
We keep things simple. Here is what to expect.

Call to schedule
Tell us what happened and we will find a time that works. Bring your ID and any claim or insurance information you have.

Exam and history
The doctor reviews your accident, your symptoms, and your health history, then examines you.

Imaging if needed
If you need X-rays or an MRI, we schedule them at a nearby imaging center and the results come back to us.

Treatment plan
We explain what we found and start care. Every visit is documented in your record.
Will I have to pay?
In many accident cases, care is billed through the auto insurance claim. We will go over your options at your first visit so there are no surprises.
Don’t have an attorney?
That is okay. You can start care first. If you have questions about your claim, ask our staff.
Already have an attorney?
Bring their name and phone number. We coordinate records directly with their office.
